To bring the Volunteer Connections platform to life within a 10-week timeline, I led the end-to-end UX process—from research to testing.
I conducted user research with a diverse group of participants, including newcomers, seniors, professionals, and small business owners, to uncover real needs and eliminate assumptions. These insights informed the creation of personas and a clear information architecture.
