01 — Purpose

A clinic brand people can trust.

Novel Physio needed a strong, cohesive identity that reflects its expertise, its care for clients and the quality of its treatment.

The brand had to feel modern and set the clinic apart — while making every patient feel safe, understood and supported.

06 — Outcome

✓ Signage that makes the clinic easy to find and welcoming

✓ A website that builds trust before the first visit

✓ One consistent look across brand, signage and web

07 — Takeaways

What this project taught me.

Design the whole visit

A patient meets the brand online, on the street and at reception. Designing all three together kept the experience consistent.

Calm builds confidence

In healthcare, a clean, steady visual system tells people they’re in good hands before anyone says a word.
