The Challenge

Parents use the British Swim School mobile app to report absences and schedule makeup lessons.

While the functionality existed, the experience required unnecessary effort. Parents had to navigate multiple screens, interpret unclear labels, and manually verify that their booking had been completed.

Goal

Redesign the experience to make reporting an absence and scheduling a makeup lesson faster, clearer, and easier.
